Our Chaplains primary concern is the care and well being of each one of your employees. We are a Christian non-denominational organization. We show up to provide a listening ear, emotional and spiritual support and encouragement. We love people and it shows!
We utilize the, "Know, Like, Trust" model. Our Chaplains will get to know your people, they seek to be a likeable, positive influence and therefore foster a relationship of trust to enable them to serve your people at the highest level. Our Chaplains respect the work environment and will make themselves available to your employees outside the workplace as well. A passage central to our approach is John 7:16 : Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me".
